ADHERANCE TO RA 10731 “DATA PRIVACY ACT OF 2012”

Alma Karieras Recruitment Services (careerjump) complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 in ensuring your privacy is kept with utmost confidentiality and will be used solely for purposes of recruitment. When a jobseeker submits his/her resume, which allows careerjump to endorse them for potential job or career opportunity, Residential address, mobile and home numbers, gender, date of birth and email address will be considered “personal information”

A. GENERAL INFORMATION:

Personal Information include:

  1. Residential address
  2. Contact numbers (mobile/home)
  3. Email address
  4. Gender
  5. Date of Birth

 

Careerjump submits profiles to our clients (employers) without the jobseeker’s personal information (as stated above). Only after being interviewed by the client (employer) will careerjump share information should there be a need for the client (employer) to coordinate with the jobseeker directly. Careerjump will do so ONLY with the jobseeker’s consent.

 

All other information provided to careerjump will be shared to the employer if necessary, for the completion of the hiring process including but not limited to: Basic Salary and allowances (Compensation package/benefits) Application form, Assessment test/s (if any) and pre-employment requirements

 

In several occasion, careerjump conducts character reference for the completion of the hiring process as required by the client (employer). All contact details of the references provided by the job seeker will be kept solely for character reference purposes and will be done ONLY with the consent of the job seeker and references. Collected information will be treated with utmost confidentiality.

 

B. GATHERING INFORMATION:

 

Careerjump is a talent search organization. careerjump recruiters use all means legal and possible to search for quality candidates to be endorsed to our clients (employers) for hiring. With this, recruiters get in touch with professionals that might be interested with certain job vacancies. Recruiters message potential candidate through Social Media, Professional Groups and professional connections so they can tap a wider scale of quality candidates. Careerjump treats each message, phone call, email or through any means of communication with utmost confidentiality to ensure professional atmosphere is maintained. Careerjump is open for suggestions and assistance should the need be.

We may be able to collect personal information through:

  2. Professional Group platforms (LinkedIn etc.)
  3. Personal and Professional Connections

C. SHARING PERSONAL INFORMATION:

Personal information of the job seekers will be shared to our client (employer) only if needed and with consent. In some cases, client (employer) may already have the job seeker’s contact number/personal information upon their interview with the client (employer) when the job seeker accomplished an application form.

 

D. THIRD PARTY:

Careerjump do not share personal information to any third party for Marketing, Lead generation or any sort. All collected information is solely for recruitment and careerjump secure consent and provide important details to job seekers before endorsing to our client (employer)
