Responsibilities:

  • Leads Sales function for IT and B2B. Pursues major prospects and leads in major negotiations constructing appropriate terms of sales.
  • Responsible for the sales activity of the organization inclusive of the following functions: client development, sales distribution, supply & control, quality assurance & sales administration. Establish the sales objective, policies, standards & schedules to ensure quality & cost effectiveness.
  • Ensure the establishment & development of relationship between the organization & channels.
  • Regularly leads important initiatives. Has accountability for the function and provides high level of advice and recommendations to the Top Management.
  • Exposure and understanding of Hotel TV Systems and Commercial Display Model
  • Must have a knowledge in System integration

Requirements:

  • Graduate of Management, Marketing or any business-related course from a reputable university.
  • At least 10 years solid experience in  B2B Business, relevant companies or distributors.
  • Has 5 years in managerial position.
  • Has background and knowledgeable in Corporate Sales,  B2B Business and Channel Development.
  • Exposure in Commercial TV, Industrial Display and related products.
  • With strong consumer and marketing insight.
  • Possesses management and leadership abilities.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Critical thinker and excellent negotiation skills.
  • Results driven with customer orientation focus.
  • With strong network in the B2B Industry.
