Salary: Php 60,000 to Php 80,000

JOB SUMMARY:

 

                The Human Resources Manager is responsible for maintaining and enhancing our client’s organisations human resources by planning, implementing and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs and practices.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Evaluate and maintain updated human resource policies and procedures for the company.
  • Manage Payroll & Recruitment teams as well as Human Resources Development Programs.
  • Management of compensation, benefits and dispute resolution guidance.
  • Set-up frameworks for disciplinary management.
  • Manage on-boarding, off-boarding and team retention activities and programs.
  • Create and manage dashboards to report on human resources – growth, attrition, tenure etc.
  • Ensure legal compliance is in place by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource government requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.
  • Create, drive and maintain a positive, employee friendly work environment and culture.
  • Establish planning, monitoring and appraisal of employee work results; hearing and resolving employees grievances; counseling staff.
  • Update and maintain historical human resources records by using a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
  • Establishing and overseeing the execution of human resources practices, specifically in the areas of employee engagement and retention, payroll and timekeeping, proper handling of employee information and a strong focus on labor and relations.
  • Strategic planning and support of recruitment function and recruitment campaign.

TRAVEL:

Travel is either local or international during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Must be experienced professional with deep knowledge of all matters concerning HR departments.
  • With strong strategic mindset.
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Psychology or Human Resources and equivalent.
  • At least 3 to 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

  • Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
  • Should have the ability to work under immense pressure and must be willing to work overtime in auditing days.
  • Preferably with Hotel/ Casino HR Management experience.
  • With business acumen partnered with attention to the human element.
  • Excellent people skills, with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team.
  • Possess personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment to corporate mission.
  • Flexible and able to multitask; can work within an ambiguous, fast-moving environment, while also driving toward clarity and solutions; demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities and guiding investment in people and systems.
