Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Company and ensuring the efficient execution of business strategies, operational plans, and organizational objectives
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership - Leads the execution of the Company's strategic direction by translating business objectives into operational initiatives that drive sustainable growth and continuous improvement.
- Operational Management - Oversees the Company's day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, compliance, and achievement of organizational goals.
- Real Estate Development Operations - Directs the operational delivery of real estate development projects by ensuring cross-functional coordination, regulatory compliance, and timely project execution.
- Financial and Business Performance - Drives operational profitability through effective budget management, performance monitoring, cost optimization, and business performance analysis.
- Organizational Leadership - Provides executive leadership by developing high-performing teams, strengthening accountability, and fostering a culture of collaboration and operational excellence.
- Governance, Risk and Compliance - Ensures adherence to legal, regulatory, and corporate governance standards while managing operational risks and strengthening internal controls.
- Stakeholder Management - Builds and maintains strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support business operations, partnerships, and organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree holder. Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related postgraduate degree is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive senior executive leadership experience in the real estate development industry.
- With strong exposure to project development, construction, sales operations, accounts management, finance coordination, property management, compliance and HR & Admin.
- Demonstrated experience overseeing multiple departments and large-scale real estate developments.
- Strong exposure to horizontal and vertical real estate projects
