- Must be a member in good standing of the Philippine Bar.
- With substantial experience in real estate development, property, corporate, and commercial law is highly preferred
- Experience in land acquisition, real estate documentation, permits and licenses, government transactions, buyer-related concerns, labor matters, and litigation is highly preferred.
