We are looking for a hands-on, customer-focused Customer Success Engineer to join our Software Analytics team, based in the Philippines. This is an equipment-centric role — approximately 70% Equipment / 30% Customer Success — stationed at the customer site at least 90% of the time to develop a full understanding of customer issues and requirements. The role bridges the gap between the company’s equipment and analytics solutions and the customer’s production realities.
Role expectations: Works independently, is confident in front of customers, and owns decisions, timelines, and deliverables. Knows when to act and when to escalate, spots risks early, and helps junior engineers grow.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on repair and maintenance experience on semiconductor final test handlers — MATRiX, MT9510, SO1/2K, MT9918 strongly preferred; experience with other pick-and-place and gravity-feed handlers will also be considered.
- Good electromechanical skills and above-average troubleshooting skills.
- Working knowledge of common AI tools to support troubleshooting, documentation, and analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
- Willingness to be based at the customer site at least 90% of the time; travel within the Philippines with occasional international travel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino
